Closegap Core offers K-12 schools a free mental health check-in for students that provides school staff with real-time data to intervene on student needs. Closegap Premium extends capabilities to track and analyze trends from the classroom to the district level, and facilitates data-driven interventions for improved student and school outcomes.

Impact

Closegap regularly administers impact surveys to students and staff. Results show Closegap helps students improve their ability to name and regulate emotions, while school staff report preventing suicides and uncovering student issues that were otherwise unknown (20% have uncovered severe issues, while over 70% have uncovered moderate issues).

Data provided to school/district

Closegap Core provides wellness data from individual student check-ins, while Closegap Premium enhances this by aggregating student data at various levels, including classroom, grade, school, and district. The dashboard also allows monitoring of fidelity, including student usage and staff implementation, so administrators can optimize usage.
