No individual information is shared during reporting, only aggregate data related to services delivered by Hazel Health. Referrers can access a password protected dashboard to view the status of their referrals.

  • Web accessibility: Hazel has been working on ensuring accessibility of their applications throughout this school year. To achieve this goal, they have adopted a multi-faceted approach based on an internal audit. All enhancements to ensure WCAG AA 2.1 compliance will be completed before the start of the 24-25 school year.
