In three weeks, Neolth reduced help-seeking stigma, acting as a stepping stone to clinical care (Warnstadt et. al, 2022).
Privacy & Safety
Neolth complies with COPPA, FERPA, and HIPAA. Their products are co-designed with teens to balance teen privacy and confidentiality with safety. The majority of teens’ interactions on Neolth are kept confidential, however any concerns identified by their crisis safeguards are reported in real-time based on the school’s care escalation policies.
Data provided to school/district
